These terms govern your use of the FITFAB FITNESS website and membership services, based in Worcester, Western Cape. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract, across our available packages (1x, 2x, 3x per week, or Unlimited). You may select or change your package at any time through your member dashboard. Membership fees are due monthly and must be paid to keep your account active.
Payments are made via EFT to our banking details shown in your dashboard, with proof of payment uploaded for review, or added manually by an administrator when confirmed via bank statement. Accounts with unpaid or overdue fees may be marked as Expiring Soon or Expired, restricting access until payment is confirmed.
Bookings for classes and open gym access are made through your member dashboard and may be cancelled at any time before the scheduled date. We reserve the right to adjust class schedules, coaches, or availability as needed.
All members must accept our Liability Waiver and Release before using the gym. This waiver covers assumption of risk, health declarations, and release of liability, and remains in effect for the duration of your membership. You can review the full waiver text from your member dashboard.
Members are expected to treat staff and other members with respect, follow coach instructions during classes, use equipment safely and as intended, and report any unsafe conditions immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership for conduct that endangers others or violates these terms.
We may photograph or film group classes for promotional use on our website and social media, as described in our Liability Waiver and Privacy Policy. Members may opt out at any time by notifying staff.
You may cancel your membership at any time by notifying us or simply ceasing payment. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or pose a safety risk to others.
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
